Reporting to the Director of Quality, Risk and Infection Control, and collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders, the Infection Control Nurse will play a pivotal role in keeping the Hospital patients and employees safe. They will provide a wide range of clinical and administrative support to leaders throughout the organization.

The Infection Control Nurse will collaborate with the Infection Prevention Lead, other teams, and individuals to help create infection prevention strategies, provide feedback, and sustain infection prevention plans. They will assist with the development of policies and procedures to ensure rigorous infection control standards that meet DNV, OSHA, Public Health Department and CDC Standards. They will perform surveillance and data collection/analysis of the organization's infection-control program. They will provide their findings then help educate, direct, and coordinate current infection prevention practices to providers, clinic, and hospital Staff.
