 The ICU Nurse Manager will be joining a state-of-the-art, 130+ patient bed, Level III Trauma Center that is home to a number of advanced inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 Emergency Care, Cardiovascular Services, Women and Infant Services, Surgical Services, Wound Care, and more!

As ICU Nurse Manager, this individual will oversee a state-of-the-art Critical Care department including of 12 ICU beds, 45 Full Time Employees consisting of Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other tenured healthcare professionals. The ICU Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Nursing Services and will be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration with over department leaders, and participating in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. Prior leadership experience in the Critical Care Services will make for quick interviews!
