Responsibilities of the ICU Critical Care Nurse Director include monitoring budgets to ensure that financials are properly allocated, hiring and staffing, developing and implementing clinical activities for staff, and creating and reviewing patient assessments. In addition, the ICU Critical Care Nurse Director will report directly to the CNO.
