A seasoned Human Resource Partner is needed for a Northern California acute care facility.
This hospital system is located in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area.
The Human Resource Partner is a professional who understands the crucial role HR plays in a hospital's mission to provide a great environment for staff and patients.The HR Partner will work closely with hospital leadership to build collaborative relationships, understand and analyze needs within units and department and communicate the HR process. They will be responsible for providing effective solutions to employee / manager conflicts, coaching, counseling, progressive discipline, investigations and management coaching.
The HR Partner will have extensive knowlege of employee relations, labor relations and CA labor law. Previous supervisory and project management experience is preferred. The HR Partner will report to the Director or Human Resources, and work closely with peers to develop and implement new recruitment initiatives, hospital-wide strategic goals and departmental need assessments.
