A stable non-profit short-term acute care hospital in the Riverside-San Bernardino area is now hiring for a Hospital RN Educator to join their growing Nursing Education team.
Reporting to the Nurse Director of Clinical Education, the Hospital RN Educator will oversee the hospital-wide clinical education program and new nurse residency program. In addition to in-service trainings, the Hospital RN Educator will collaborate with the Clinical Education Coordinator, who handles new-hire orientations, new RN tours, and acts as a liaison for new nurses.
The Hospital RN Educator will develop and coordinate effective nurse residency and ongoing staff development programs. The Hospital RN Educator will train dedicated nurses ranging from experienced veteran RNs to newly hired clinical staff. The Hospital RN Educator is also responsible for ALS and BLS courses as well as the Graduate Nurse Program. The ideal candidate for Hospital RN Educator has stellar communication skills and a solid nursing background.
