This acute care, 100-bed hospital, will be adding a Hospital Pharmacy Director that is responsible for caring for numerous patients. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will schedule, approvePTO, and identify moments of training among the Staff Pharmacists. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will providementorship to their Pharmacy Manager. Decreasing costs and increasing productivity among the Staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Manager are fundamental responsibilities. Providing consultative assistance to hospital leadership and those who have hands-on interactions with patients will be a regular responsibility for the Hospital Pharmacy Director. Hospital-wide, the Hospital Pharmacy Director will be a leader, figurehead, and attend hospital committee meetings. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will also direct pharmacy compliance with the 340b program.
