In this challenging and fast paced role, the Nurse Recruiter will direct recruiting strategy, develop marketing materials, lead interviews and interact with Hospital clients in multiple states. The Nurse Recruiter will specialize in filling employment needs in Nursing Management, Advanced Practice, and specialized nursing roles throughout the West Coast. In this full cycle recruiting role, the Nursing Recruiter will have the opportunity to participate in many aspects of the job. This includes new business development, management of existing accounts, marketing & advertising, recruiting and hands-on client consulting.

Compensation is well structured and allows top performers the chance to realize their income dreams. The most successful Nurse Recruiters regularly earn above $250,000 per year. The Nurse Recruiter will earn a Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Annual Bonus Levels, Sales Incentives and full Health Insurance.
