The Hospital Leadership Engagement and Development Consultant will report to the Director of Workforce Engagement & Development and will be accountable for the designing, development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of leadership development and engagement programs by utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies.
The Hospital Leadership Engagement and Development Consultant will assess individual and organizational leadership development and engagement needs and evaluates/measures program effectiveness. The Hospital Leadership Engagement and Development Consultant will partner with other Human Resource professionals and hospital leadership to coordinate leadership and employee engagement activities.
The Hospital Leadership Engagement and Development Consultant will serve as an expert by consulting, coaching, and identifying leadership training and engagement opportunities. The ideal candidate should have Bachelor's degree with a Master's degree preferred with minimum five years experience in an instructional design capacity including program design, development and delivery utilizing adult and accelerated learning methodologies. Minimum three years experience in training and development directly related to onboarding, leadership and professional development, and engagement programs.
The Hospital Leadership Engagement and Development Consultant will be responsible for measuring effectiveness of training initiatives and workforce engagement while communicating and working with all levels within an organization. The Leadership Engagement and Development Consultant should have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), publishing eLearning outcomes utilizing an authoring tool.
