A tremendous opportunity is available for an EMR Implementation Training Manager. A large acute care hospital in Southern California recently implemented the Cerner Electronic Health Record system enterprise wide. The CIO and Director of Informatics are excited to be part of a multi-million dollar technology update. 

The Cerner Training Manager will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and put-into-action a comprehensive training program. 

An ideal Training Manager will have the following:

- Experience with hands-on teaching to RNs, MDs, office staff, other hospital personnel

- Cerner Electronic Medical Records experience

- Tremendous Communication Skills

- Degree in Healthcare Informatics (nursing informatics preferred)

-  Overall organizational skills

The Cerner EMR Training Manager will play a valuable role in the technological future of this 400+ bed hospital.
