This experienced individual will demonstrate their expertise in quality assurance, risk management, performance improvement, and patient-relationship development.
Further responsibilities in this role include the facilitation of corrective action, patient assessment, and resolution of family/visitor issues as well as maintenance of open communication with other department leaders. A CPHQ certified healthcare professional with experience in healthcare administration, case management, utilization review, quality management, and their Registered Nursing License will make for quick interviews!
