The Director of Provider Compensation will join a successful organization serving communities throughout the Puget Sound region of Washington with more multi hospitals and clinics employing over 2,000 medical staff members and approximately 15,000 employees.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance of the Medical Group, the Director of Physician Compensation will be responsible for planning, directing and evaluating provider compensation program operations for the Medical Group and its’ affiliates.
The Director of Provider Compensation will perform as the key contact with the organization’s provider compensation function to facilitate alignment with system-wide standards and procedures and lead the annual strategic planning process for the division.
The Director of Physician Compensation will lead provider compensation program operations while overseeing compensation/payroll, accounting and financial reporting for provider compensation. The Director of Provider Compensation will develop annual operating budget for provider compensation and patient volumes including compliance and regulatory oversight.
The ideal candidate for Program Director of Provider Compensation should have Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or Finance with Master’s Degree preferred. A minimum of six years of work experience in a large medical group practice with minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience. CFA or CPA certification preferred.
