Reporting to the Executive Director, the Hospice Clinical Director provides the overall direction and operations of hospice services. The Hospice Clinical Director implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and assist the total organization and philosophy. The Hospice Clinic Director oversees the employment of qualified personnel, the provision of hospice services, and the coordination of hospice personnel evaluations.
