A well established Wound Care Center in southern California is seeking a Physician Office Sales professional to increase their patient volumes and gain patient referrals. This healthcare Sale position will oversee two additional Sales Liaisons and will manage a territory of their own. Compensation will be composed of a base salary and bonus. Bonuses are calculated based on total volume growth and the success of the two sales professionals this Lead position will oversee.
The business development professional that assumes this position will be supported with a dynamic marketing department that creates content and informational documents for the sales team to disperse appropriately. Touch points for each client may be different but will include: Quarterly Lunch n Learns, Weekly touches via email or other means and at least one in person visit per month.
This medical practice utilizes SalesForce CRM and experience with SalesForce will help in a transition to this role but it's not required.
