A large San Francisco Bay Area Healthcare System is actively seeking a Hospital Human Resources Consultant to join their growing healthcare organization.
The Human Resource Consultant will be responsible for consulting, coaching, and providing guidance to senior leadership, Chiefs of Clinical Services and Physicians on Human Resources topics, such as Diversity, Physician Relations, Disability and Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation, Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity. The HR Consultant will act as a resource to guide leaders of the Healthcare Organization to ensure HR Compliance.
The Hospital Human Resource Consultant will report to the Director of Human Resources.
The HR Consultant must have extensive knowledge on employee relations, labor relations, and California Labor laws. The HR Consultant will be responsible for following up and investigating any possible violations or perspective complaints
The Hospital HR Consultant will responsible for creating and providing effective solutions to employees and management regarding: conflicts, coaching, consoling, progressive discipline, investigations and management coaching.
