The Business Development Specialist will work with existing clients and use their hunter mentality to form new relationships. The Bdev professional will utilize an advanced CRM and accurately track the sales process and referral sources. In addition, the sales professional will provide excellent customer service to the client and act as a liaison to resolve any complaints or issues in the clinics or with the services the client is receiving.
