The Manager of Healthcare Ambulatory Marketing will plan, coordinate and manage the development and execution of consumer and business-focused marketing and communications to support growth and brand awareness for the Medical Network, which includes the urgent care, primary and specialty care clinics.
The Manager of Healthcare Ambulatory Marketing will develop strong working relationships across the enterprise functions and the Medical Network line of business as well as with partners involved in specialty lines of business. The Ambulatory Marketing Program Manager contributes to the success of the ambulatory line of business by understanding customer needs and developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive growth and improve the customer experience.

The Manager of Healthcare Ambulatory Marketing will lead the development and execution of short and long-term marketing strategies and plans to increase revenue, maximize profit and grow market share in alignment with the organization’s business goals. The Manager of Healthcare Ambulatory Marketing will work with the marketing and communications department team members and external partners to execute cross-channel marketing plans that drive awareness, community engagement, and effectively communicate relevance through the organization’s specialized service offerings.
The Manager of Healthcare Ambulatory Marketing will assess the market opportunity through analytics of key consumer segments, positioning, and target marketing strategies; using that knowledge to develop promotional and education campaigns that reach and engage both B2B and consumer targets.
