Reporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources, and working closely with Key Stakeholders and Leaders across the Health System, the CCP HR Compensation Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide range of employment models. This person will get to work with professional staff coordinators, administrative compensation analysts, and geographically dispersed Human Resources Teams all across the Western United States.
Working in a decentralized HR Compensation department will come with its challenges and with its thrills. The CCP Specialist will have the opportunity to work on the front-lines of problem solving and innovative solution deployment. Much of this Health System employs Union Labor, so experience in this type of HR and Compensation Analysis environment will surely be important to success.
The CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) HR Specialist will work collaboratively with a large Human Resources and Operations team to develop, evaluate, and deploy Compensation policy across the entire Health System. Strong communication and organization skills will be needed, as this person will interface with Executive Leaders, Mid-Level Manager, and Front-Line staff on a regular basis.
