This San Francisco Bay Area Health Plan is actively recruiting a Sales Associate to join this team of strong sales / account managers in a busy department.

At the heart of this Health Plan’s growth is a team of strong Sales Associates and Account Managers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this person will work on a tight team of sales people, and will be tasked with building advanced capabilities to reach diverse employer and group types in the SF Bay Area:
- Small Groups – 2-50 people
- Medium Groups – 51-200 people
- Large Groups– 200-1000
- Enterprise Groups – 1000+
Working in close collaboration with the Account Management and Marketing team, the Associate of Health Plan Sales will support the strategic vision and take responsibility for executing the outside and inside sales procedure. This person will have visibility in the organization, will work alongside Executives, and will play a community forward role as one of the public faces of the organization.
The Sales Associate's day-to-day will consist of marketing the Health Plan's products and services to various customer groups throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Using varied forms of communication, including phone, email, social media, and other innovative methods, the Sales Associate will plan and execute sales exercises on identified potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in health plan or managed care sales and member outreach. A strong sense of team membership and collaboration will also help, as this person will be working in a group of high-performing sales people. You’ll get to work with decision makers, and you’ll have a direct effect on market strategy for an entire integrated health system. This is a chance for an experienced Sales Associate or Sales / Account Manager, with experience leading a team, to take their career to the next level.
