The Geriatric Behavioral Health Nurse Director will play an integral role as a member of the hospital leadership team, regularly collaborating with other Nurse Directors and the Chief Nursing Officer CNO to ensure delivery of high quality care to the advancing age population. The RN Director Geriatric Behavioral Health will manage oversight of daily and long-term operations of this 20-bed inpatient unit, directing all nursing and ancillary staff and implementing innovative policies and procedures to enhance patient care outcomes. Other responsibilities will include: budget management, crisis intervention, daily rounding, and quality and performance improvement monitoring.
