After a recent remodel and expansion of this well-regarded community Oncology Center, multiple clinics and service lines have been combined under a single roof. The Executive Operations Director will join an organization that’s earned local and national acclaim for its commitment to nurturing a holistic continuum of care. With services ranging from Medical / Infusion and Radiation Oncology, to Nuclear Medicine and Surgical Services, this Cancer Center continues to push the boundaries of modern oncology patient care.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Cancer Center Operations Director will manage a complex set of service lines and receive outstanding support all around. The Executive Director will be directly supported by a CRT Director of Radiation Oncology, an OCN/ONS Nurse Director of Medical and Surgical Oncology, and a Director over Nuclear Medicine. Further support and interaction will come from an amazing front-line management staff, and a renowned team of providers.
A strong communicator, and savvy business-minded professional, the Cancer Center Executive Director will play a vital role in the horizontal and vertical integration of operations across the continuum of oncology care. This person will get to design and deploy plans that deliver on clinical goals while maximizing revenue and volume potential. Strong experience in Oncology Physician / Provider Relations, Marketing, and Public Relations will be great assets to the incoming Exec. Director.
A thorough understanding of business and financial principles that support operations will be vital as well; the Director will manage a Regional and geographically dispersed program with multiple locations and a large team. The Executive Director of Cancer Center Operations will also play an important role in leading efficient operations, spearheading administrative process improvement, and ensuring total regulatory compliance. Working in collaboration with the Finance and Business Office, the Manager will develop and execute annual budgeting process.
