The Executive Director Human Resources will collaborate with senior hospital leadership members in an effort to uphold the policies and procedures of the award-winning hospital. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Department including but not limited to recruitment and retention, employee and labor relations, workers’ compensation and employee health. The HR Director will train members of the HR and recruitment team and will provide customer service as needed.
Ideal candidates for the Executive Director Human Resources role will have previous experience working in human resources in a California healthcare setting. The HR Director will lead by example to a Human Resources team of generalists, recruiters and business partners.
