A challenging and rewarding opportunity has just opened for an Executive Assistant in this San Francisco Bay Area Healthcare organization. Join this growing healthcare organization, and play an integral role in supporting Executive level operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for many reasons, but most of all because it’s a growing system. The Hospital recently started seeing patients in a brand-new patient tower with modern, private rooms and state-of-the-art technological improvements. Additionally, this integrated health system includes outpatient clinics focused on both Eastern and Western Medicine, Oncology Care, and Specialty Physician Practice.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Bilingual Executive Assistant will play a crucial part in supporting the daily operations of this community medical center. The EA will serve as a central coordinator for the CEO’s schedule, maintaining calendars and communications with a wide array of stakeholders. This person will be a liaison and gatekeeper to external stakeholders, and will maintain an accurate database of customers, staff, management, and regulators.
The Executive Assistant should arrive with a ‘can do’ attitude, and be willing to apply exceptional communication skills to the prioritization and optimization of the Chief Executive Officer’s schedule. An experienced EA will know that there are many draws on a CEO’s attention, and will understand the methods to keep operations and schedules on track to success.
The San Francisco Bay Area is well known to have something for everyone. The artistic type, the gourmand, the outdoors person, and the home-body will all find something comforting. With Silicon Valley and San Jose a short distance to the south, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and some of California’s best primary schools, the Bay Area is a great place for the Facilities Management Director to build a community and continue learning. Connected by Bay Area Rapid Transit and one of the nation’s best networks of buses and light-rails, you’ll find that it’s easy to get where ever you’re going.
The CEO’s Executive Assistant will get to work with internal partners from across the organization on a wide range of improvement projects and programs. This person will support senior-level decision making, and will take ownership of this role. For your hard work, you’ll receive a competitive compensation and generous benefits package.
