The Executive Administrator will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure the appropriate management of surgical staff and practitioners, as well as business development for the facility as a whole. The Ambulatory Surgery Administrator will oversee clinical and administrative staff, with a focus on quality improvement and business development. The Executive Administrator will develop policies and procedures to enhance day to day operations of the center, will have financial oversight, and measure performance of non-clinical staff. This role will require the Administrator to act as the Chief Executive of the facility in the absence of the Vice President, so prior administrative leadership experience in a surgical setting is a must.
