Endoscopy Nurse Manager

An established acute care hospital system located in northern Massachusetts is currently searching for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse Manager to lead the clinical operations across two hospital campuses.

The Endoscopy Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the endoscopy units across two hospital locations. Under the System Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager will oversee roughly 10-15 FTE’s at each hospital campus. The Nurse Manager will efficiently manage all department personnel, resources, fiscal budget, and performance improvement initiatives.

The Nurse Manager must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing along with active state nursing licensure. At least 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in an endoscopy unit setting is required. Prior experience managing a department budget, overseeing project development, resolving staff conflict, and quality assurance projects is highly preferred.
