Emergency Services Nurse Manager

An award-winning acute care hospital located in southern New Jersey is currently searching for an energetic Emergency Services Nurse Manager to join their accredited healthcare team.

This state-of-the-art medical center is home to roughly 300-beds and provides a wide range of medical and surgical services. The services provided include maternal child health, cardiovascular and pulmonary services, perioperative services including robotics, neurology, radiology, emergency and critical care services, and much more. This system strives to provide only the highest quality of care to each patient and promotes this through a staff of nearly 3,000 providers, nurses, technicians, and support personnel.

The Emergency Services Nurse Manager will serve as an expert clinician, clinical resource and educator, and clinical manager within the emergency department. The Nurse Manager will work to promote quality nursing care within the emergency department, provide leadership amongst the staff, and oversee the performance improvement initiatives of the department. The Emergency Services Nurse Manager will report to the Nursing Director of Emergency Services.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and the incumbent must have or actively be working to attain a Master’s degree. Currently nursing licensure registered in the state of New Jersey is required. The Nurse Manager should have at least 3 years of prior leadership experience working within an acute care hospital emergency department.
