The Emergency Department Nurse Director will be responsible for the oversight of the emergency room nursing staff, physicians, techs, and ancillary employees. The ER Nurse Director will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to devise departmental budgetary planning, ensure smooth operation of the emergency department, and facilitate safe and effective patient care throughout the entire hospital. The Nurse Director of the ED will provide their professional and clinical leadership skills to guarantee quality care and compliance with emergency room policies and procedures. The Emergency Department Nurse Director will be welcomed by a group of energetic emergency room staff, who will work together with and support their strong leadership capabilities to provide high quality patient care.
