The Nurse Director of the Emergency Room ER is responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements, coordinating performance improvement activities, staffing, and serving as Emergency Physician liaison. The Clinical Nurse Director of the ED Emergency Department reports to the VP of Clinical Services, under the direction of the CNO. The hospital is looking for a strong motivational leader with the ability to lead and direct the department to optimize success. This leader must be personable, friendly, and experienced in Emergency Services, as they will be leading more than 50 full time employees, and will oversee more than 30,000 ER visits per year. The clinical director of the ER must have their BSN, with a strong preference for your MSN.
