A wonderful new opportunity for a Surgical Services Nurse Leader is now available for a Director Perioperative Services in a charming small town in Maine! The Nurse Director Perioperative Services will work lead a small Operating Room team with 3 Operating Rooms and approximately 15 FTEs.
The Director Perioperative Services will be a hands-on nursing leader that will be able to step in and circulate if needed. The RN Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will have the support of a Surgical Coordinator, a SPD Coordinator, and several Surgery Charge Nurses with excellent tenure and knowledge of the organization.

The RN Director will be a team player that will work collaboratively with staff, physicians, other department nursing leaders, and the executive team. The Perioperative RN Director will oversee the Surgical Services Department operations, policies and procedures, staff evaluations, hiring, and budget.
