 The Director of Pharmacy Services will be joining a state-of-the-art, 130+ patient bed, Level III Trauma Center that is home to a number of advanced inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, cardiovascular services, Women and Infant Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacy Services, and a superior array of invasive and non-invasive surgical services.

The Director of Pharmacy Services will maintain leadership over a department of 60 employees consisting of pharmacists, techs, and other healthcare personnel. The Director of Pharmacy Services will collaborate with their team and other leaders to develop staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, and manage the service line fiscal budget. The Director of Pharmacy Services will also ensure that all state and federal regulatory standards are upheld.

Qualifications for the ideal Director of Pharmacy Services include the completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmaceutical program with an Oregon PharmD preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years of prior pharmaceutical management experience. Knowledge in sterile products preparation, TPN, and Chemotherapy is a huge plus!
