This role for LD Women’s Administrative Director is looking for an experience nurse leader who values working for a top honors healthcare system. The Administrator of Labor and Delivery will report to the Executive Director of Women’s and Children’s Service Line. This facility is looking for a Director of Women’s Health who will:
- Be responsible for operations and business functions of the Women’s and Children’s Department.
- Lead the Operational Management Team.
- Oversee OBED, Antepartum, L&D, Postpartum, Newborn, Children’s Pediatric and NICU.
- Collaborate will Physician leaders and other departments.
- Be responsible for staffing, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and productivity.
- Be responsible for Performance Improvement
