A non-profit medical center west of the Dallas-Fort Worth area is now interviewing qualified candidates for Director of Hospital Physical Therapy PT to join their growing Therapies team. Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required for this position.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Hospital Physical Therapy PT will oversee Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapy Aides, and a Physical Therapy Assistant.
The Director of Hospital Physical Therapy PT will direct Physical Therapy department policies, initiatives, and programs. The Director of Hospital Physical Therapy PT will hire, train, evaluate, and discipline unit staff. The Director of Hospital Physical Therapy PT will ensure that the Physical Therapy department meets compliance requirements.
