The Director Nursing Long Term Care reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is supported by the Manager of Long Term Care, Director of Activities, and Social Services Coordinator. The Director oversees the day to day operations and takes oversight of budgetary maintenance for the Long Term Care Department. This person ensures that quality care is provided and that the Long Term Care Team provides services that are compliant with federal and state regulations.
The Director Long Term Care will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and other healthcare leaders for staff education, quality improvement, infection control, and risk management. This person will serve the Manager Long Term Care and Long Term Care Staff by empowering them to excel in clinical excellence, patient advocacy, and patient safety.
