The Human Resource Labor Relations Director will report to the Vice President of Human Resources, and will be responsible for negotiating contracts, and maintaining the labor strategy while also ensuring that all hospital leaders and ensuring operational labor compliance. The Employee Relations and Human Resource Director will be responsible for collaborating with legal counsel and compliance to prepare for arbitration's, and investigating complaints filed with state and federal government agencies
