The Dialysis Clinic Nurse Manager will join a growing organization, and will take operational oversight of a 10+ chair renal dialysis facility in the Seattle Area. Home to a tight knit community of nurses, patient care specialists, and business office personnel, this organization has been a resource to the community for over 20 years. Reporting to the Regional Facility Administrator, the Clinic Operations Nurse Manager will take day to day oversight of this busy ambulatory Dialysis clinic. Supported by a Clinical Charge Nurse to oversee patient care, as well as a Business Office Coordinator who owns billing and scheduling procedures, the Nurse Manager will be the glue that binds operations. Working in collaboration with other regional leaders and an outstanding product marketing team, the Operations Nurse Manager will receive the support and direction to make immediate impacts on this facility’s clinical and business performance.  

Working across disciplines, and with a long list of stakeholders, the Dialysis Clinic Nurse Manager will take primary accountability for both the administrative operations of this clinic and leading an outstanding team of nurses. This means you’ll maintain compliance and accreditation documentation for the facility, as well as actively managing daily resource staffing and scheduling processes. Serving as a mentor and coach to the staff, the Nurse Manager will also have the opportunity to spearhead education initiatives, help in the development of regional resource performance-plans, and assist in the training of all personnel.
