The Nurse Director of the ICU/Tele Units will report directly to the CNO, and will lead a broad team as well. In addition, the Critical Care Director will work in a multi-disciplinary fashion across departments in order to improve patient care.
The ICU/Telemetry Nurse Director will lead by showing strong communication skills, the implementation and execution of departmental goals, and the development and follow through with quality improvement and compliance measures. The Critical Care Nurse Director will critically execute plans and operations to ensure patient safety and quality care are met, while being compassionate to them and their families as well.
