The role of a Clinical Sales Account Manager is multifaceted. In this role, you will act as a consultant, account manager, salesperson, recruiter adviser, career coach, negotiator and closer. The Clinical Sales Account Manager will handle the recruitment needs for acute-care Hospitals, nationally. The Clinical Sales Account Manager will develop new business leads and grow client accounts in strategic markets. The Clinical Sales Account Manager will connect with Healthcare Leaders with hiring needs, discuss job requirements and negotiate terms for the search. The Account Manager/Recruiter will develop strategies and apply selling methods to acquire new business accounts.
Each Clinical Sales Account Manager will source, identify and vet quality candidates, coordinate the interview process, and handle offer negations of each hospital client and candidate. The Clinical Sales Account position will be results driven, possess a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
This Clinical Sales Account Manager Consultants earn base salary, uncapped performance based commission, and suite of employee benefits.
