The role of a Clinical Sales Account Manager is multifaceted. In this role, you will act as a consultant, account manager, salesperson, adviser, career coach, negotiator and closer. To succeed in the position, the Recruiter must be passionate about sales and able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
The Clinical Sales Account Manager will handle the recruitment needs for acute-care Hospitals, nationally. The Clinical Sales Account Manager will develop new business leads and grow client accounts in strategic markets. The Account Manager will connect with Healthcare Leaders with hiring needs, discuss job requirements and negotiate terms for the search. The Account Manager will develop strategies and apply selling methods to acquire new business accounts.
Each Clinical Sales Account Manager will source, identify and vet quality candidates, coordinate the interview process, and handle offer negations of each hospital client and candidate. The Clinical Sales associate will be results driven, possess a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
This Clinical Sales Account Manager opportunity is a high compensated position. Consultants earn base salary, uncapped performance based commission, and suite of employee benefits.
