The ICU Clinical Nurse Specialist will play a vital role in the continued success of this reputable hospital system. The ICU CNS will work with a newly hired Critical Care Nurse Manager. The Clinical Nurse Specialist will aid in the implementation of evidence based practice and educate both Critical Care and Telemetry staff RNs. When hospital census is high, Telemetry patients will occasionally overflow into a 20 Bed Medical Surgical Unit.
