The Nurse Manager of Operating Room Surgical Services will work alongside some of the most skilled and dedicated professionals in health care. The Clinical Nurse Manager of Surgery is accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care, and the clinical management of the Operating Room. The nurse manager will function as a role model for perioperative nursing staff, collaboratively work with anesthesia, and lead daily to help drive the OR schedule for this not-for-profit organization.
As Manager of Surgery you will oversee:
- 11 operating rooms
- Report to Nurse Director of perioperative services
- Collaborate with perioperative nurse educator to ensure patients receive latest evidence based practice.
