The RN Nurse Director of Hospice and Home Health Services assist in monitoring completion, accuracy, legibility and timeliness of documentation according to regulatory and agency requirements and successfully ensures compliance with all state, and federal referral intake regulatory requirements.The Clinical Nurse Director of Home Health and Palliative Care Services will oversee the the development of high quality, cost effective services, staff oversight and education, development of policies and procedures, preparation and management of the budgets, and marketing of this program. The RN Nurse Director of Hospice and Home Health Services will report and work alongside the Chief Nursing Officer and assist with the coordination of home health, and hospice operations and programs.
