Chemo-Biotherapy Nurse Manager

This is a unique position within a technologically advanced and modern medical center. The Surgery and Chemo-Biotherapy Clinic Nurse Manager will report to the CNO and be mentored as they assess, plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of patient care in the Surgery and Chemo-Biotherapy Departments. This is a unique position for an RN with previous experience in a busy OR department and great communication skills. A regular part of this position is collaborating with Medical Surgical and promoting care coordination of surgical and chemo-biotherapy patients. The RN Chemo-Biotherapy Nurse Manager will assist with and provide direct care to Surgery Department patients. In addition to this, the Nurse Manager will coordinate the selection, development, and evaluation of all department, equipment and supplies. The RN Chemo-Biotherapy Nurse Manager will identify and participate in coordination of services, staff orientation, and quality improvement programs with Nursing Administration collaboration.

The detail-oriented Surgery and Chemo-Biotherapy Nurse Manager will oversee these two busy departments while being supported by a tight-knit staff of peers, leaders, nurses, and providers.
