The CRNA administers general, regional and monitors anesthesia care for any scheduled, urgent and emergent surgeries. CRNA tasks include, visiting patients prior to surgery to obtain pre-operative patient history; Explains anesthesia plans, anesthesia care team's role and visits patients post-operatively. The facility has close to 100 beds, the CRNA should be able to Maximize quality of patient care using current techniques, use of new agents, drugs and equipment. The CRNA will be at a hospital with 5 OR’s that conduct over 600 surgeries.
Hospital is situated in a historical region bordering North and South Carolina. The CRNA will have access to scenic hiking and biking routes along with wellness programs throughout the community. An hour out from the hospital the CRNA can get away to beautiful beaches of South Carolina and North Carolina.
