Cardiovascular ICU Nurse Supervisor RN

An exciting and rewarding leadership opportunity has presented itself for a Cardiovascular ICU Nurse Supervisor with an acute care hospital in Central California. 

This 200+ bed medical facility is seeking a dedicated nurse leader who will be a change agent for promoting the highest level of clinical care to the patient population the hospital serves. The Cardiac ICU Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the Cardiac Nurse Manager with the daily operations of the CVICU Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. They will ensure department goals and objectives are met and will provide recommendation to staffing, workflow and scheduling as necessary. 

The CVICU Nurse Supervisor RN will provide leadership, education and support to over 30 FTEs within the unit and will report directly to the Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Services as well as the RN Nurse Director Critical Care.
