A reputable hospital in Massachusetts is currently seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Clinical Nurse Manager to join their esteemed leadership team.
The Cardiac Cath Lab Clinical Nurse Manager will join a 150 plus bed hospital that has been nationally awarded for quality and safety. The hospital is known for delivering world-class clinical care and has been recognized for excellence in treating heart failure patients by the American Heart Association and U.S News and World Report. The Cardiac Cath Lab Clinical Nurse Manager will report to the service line director. They will oversee staff RN’s, Cath Lab RT’s, and administrative staff. The Nurse Manager over the Cath Lab will help manage the overall daily operations, quality assurance, department budgets, and performance improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities will include helping assess, develop, and implement new programs in order to enhance the department. In the role, this leader will also perform employee evaluations, establish service line metrics, and develop procedural plans. The Nurse Manager maintains positive working relationships with management and staff and contributes to continuous education.
