 This 340+ patient bed, state-of-the-art medical center is excited for a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to join their highly advanced team. This hospital offers a wide range of health services such as 24/7 Emergency Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Women’s & Infant Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Paediatric, Behavioral Health, and more! The Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will be leading a program that offers strong emotional, psychiatric, and medical treatments. The Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will lead a team of trained therapists, clinical nurses, social workers, and psychologists to ensure that inpatient and outpatient screenings, crisis intervention services, and psychiatric nursing assessments are administered in an accurate and patient-oriented manner. 

The Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing daily resources, operations, staff development, and collaboration between department leaders. This individual will lead the Behavioral Health Department to maintain and create an environment that fosters communication and nursing education to deliver the best quality of care. Assigning tasks, coordinating activities, and the implementation of policies and procedures are additional responsibilities the Behavioral Health Nurse Manager will conduct. Although not a requirement, a Bachelor’s Degree, three years psychiatric nursing experience, and leadership qualities will make for quick interviews!
