The Assistant Nurse Manager Perianesthesia PACU will assume responsibility, accountability, and leadership for designated patients in the hospital’s busy Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The Assistant Nurse Manager Perianesthesia PACU will mentor staff and develop educational programs to achieve department goals.
Reporting to the PACU Nurse Manager, the Charge RN Perianesthesia PACU will oversee a well-oiled team of Pre-op and PACU Staff RNs on each assigned shift. The Assistant Nurse Manager Perianesthesia PACU will supervise patient care personnel and delegate duties as required. The Assistant Nurse Manager Perianesthesia PACU will provide collaborative leadership for the process of planning, directing, integrating and coordinating activities to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high quality services.
