The Assistant Nurse Manager Pediatric ICU will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight of 20+ private bed inpatient PICU
- Collaboration with PICU Director on development and implementation of unit projects
- Providing hands-on leadership and preceptorship to RN staff, techs, CNAs, nursing students, and new hires
- Facilitating pediatric patient care, ensuring smooth transition of care and monitoring for safe, high quality, effective patient care outcomes
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a BSN and CCRN-P certification. 2-3 years of previous nursing supervisory experience are required.
