The Acute Rehab Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring nursing practice, education, and services. The Assistant Nurse Manager will also: supervise the utilization of resources and the application of new technological developments in patient care; performs complex and varied administrative and clinical assignments; serve as a personal contact for physicians, staff, and outside departments in order to address problems, issues or concerns of their Day Hospital.
The Acute Rehab Department Assistant Nurse Manager will lead the Acute Rehab Department and will be a part of a world-renowned academic healthcare organization. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for a leading a team of some of the top the nurses in the country.
The Assistant Nurse Manager will be responsible for evaluation of patient care and will serve as the go-to-person, as well as advise Outpatient Services for the entire Day Hospital. The Assistant Nurse Manager is the personal contact for physicians, staff, and outside departments in order to address problems, issues or concerns that require attention.
The Acute Rehab Department Assistant Nurse Manager will lead a team of accomplished staff in addition to overseeing operations of patient care programs. RN Manager of the Acute Rehab Department utilize his/her critical care experience and determine appropriate clinical procedures.
This experienced Rehab Assistant RN Manager will direct nursing practice, education, and services. Supervises the utilization of resources and assist in the developments in patient care procedures. Will have a strong critical and strategic thinking, analytical and planning skills.
The Assistant Nurse Manager will create and establish nursing processes to perform complex and varied administrative and clinical assignments as well as leading, educating and directing a team of accomplished medical professionals.
