The Assistant Nurse Manager of Maternal Child Health will join a fast-paced department that is responsible for roughly 100 births per month. The Assistant Nurse Manager of Maternal Child Health will work in a leading Family Birthing Center that is home to a Level I Nursery and a Level II NICU that is furnished with radiant infant warmers, an isolette, all-private rooms, and infant relocation care. The Family Birthing Center is proud to provide labor and delivery care, breastfeeding, pain management, and newborn care services. With comforting amenities within the unit such as spacious patient rooms, soothing decorations, large Whirpool bath, and a fully stocked refreshment waiting area.
The Assistant Nurse Manager of Maternal Child Health will be assisted by innovative OB/GYN Physicians, Certified Midwives, Pediatricians, Hospitalists, and Family Practice Doctors. The Assistant Nurse Manager of Maternal Child Health will be responsible to report to the unit Nurse Manager and assist in achieving department goals that align with the organization as a whole. The ideal candidate for this role will be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and must have at least 3 years of prior managerial experience in the related field.
