Assistant Nurse Manager of Inpatient Rehab

A Magnet-Designation hospital in Delaware is looking for an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager of Inpatient Rehab to join their prestigious team.

The Inpatient Rehab Nurse Assistant Nurse Manager will join a facility that offers multiple services including Cancer, Heart & Vascular, Surgical Services, Women's Health and many more.

The Clinical Coordinator of Inpatient Rehab is a member of the nursing management team who assists the nurse manager with the daily operations of the nursing unit/department on a 24 hour basis. The Clinical Coordinator provides direct supervision of staff and rotates weekend, holiday and shifts as needed to ensure management presence and visibility according to departmental needs. The Clinical Coordinator participates in employee selection and evaluation, in scheduling and staffing, and in the development and adherence to clinical and budgetary standards. The Clinical Coordinator provides leadership to unit based work groups ie unit committees and the role also requires providing and coordinating direct patient care.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN and have 1 year of related experience.  The preferred candidate will hold a MSN and have 3 years of experience. Current DE RN or compact license is required.
